6Cancellation Policy

• Once a consultation, Kundli report, remedy, puja, gemstone, or any other astrology service is booked and paid for, it is considered confirmed.
• Cancellations are allowed only if the service has not yet started or the report has not been prepared.
• No cancellation or refund will be provided once the consultation has started, the report has been delivered, or the booking has already been accepted by the vendor.
• Digital products, downloadable reports, personalized Kundlis, and customized astrology services are strictly non-refundable.

7Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided for missed calls, late joining, or incomplete chat/call/video sessions due to customer unavailability.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with predictions, remedies, or outcomes, as astrology is subjective in nature.
• If we cancel a service due to unavoidable circumstances, we may offer an alternative service or a refund at our discretion.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Any transaction fees, gateway charges, or taxes paid are non-refundable.
• All cancellation or refund requests must be raised through our official support channels within the specified time period.
