• We do not claim to cure illnesses, resolve legal matters, or guarantee marriage, career, or financial outcomes. Results can vary from person to person based on individual circumstances and effort.

2Bookings & Vendor Consultations

• Consultation pricing may differ between astrologers, based on their experience, ratings, and standing on the platform.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on guidance received through our platform.
• If you choose to communicate with an astrologer outside of Astrovaani, we are not responsible for any advice, remedies, or actions taken during that independent interaction.
• If a chat or call booking is cancelled from your side before the scheduled session ends, no refund will be issued for that session.

3Payments

All payments made for consultations, reports, remedies, or digital services are considered final and non-refundable once the service has started or been delivered, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
