No cancellation or refund will be provided once the astrology consultation has started or the report has been delivered.
Digital products, downloadable reports, personalized kundali, and customized astrology services are strictly non-refundable.
No cancellation will be made once the booking has accepted by the vendor.

For call, chat, or video consultations, no refund will be provided for missed calls, late joining, or incomplete sessions due to customer unavailability.
